on making sure Liverpool reached the Carling Cup final.....

    1. Suspending Kompany for a red card against United that should never have been.
    2. Not sending off Glen Johnson in the first leg of the semi-final...despite his tackle being far worse than that of Kompany.
    3. Not giving Man City a penalty last night.
    4. Gifting Liverpool a peno that never was.....

I know how much kenny Dalglish likes to criticise poor refereeing, so i imagine he pointed all this out after the game last night....

it's a conspiracy i tell thee..... the FA are paying Bill Kenwright not to sell the club aswell... how else does he afford to run his production company!!!

Don't forget giving Liverpool given a pen that never was in the first leg too - While Lineker, Hansen and the gang sit in the studio doing their "analysis" and never even discuss for a second whether there's a doubt about the decision! Last night's incident was more of a penalty than that was!

    It's just laughable!

the reason the RS went through was because they wanted it more.  over the 2 legs cardiff player better against palace and liverpool played better then city.

kompany would of been rested for at least one of the games anyway.

even if johnson was sent off they would of replaced him with kelly

citys was a penalty but at first glance it looked like he fell over, none of the city players appealed, apart from savic who just raised his arm and then put it back down again, it was only on the replays we saw that adam caught him at first glance it looked like he fell over.

richards was unlucky but he stupidly put his arms over his head and it clearly hit him in the arm 6 yards away from the ref, at the pace agger hit it the ball could of been going in, if you look at the decision it was instant from the referee.

in the first leg it was a pen, savic missed the ball and kicked aggers knee

City just never wanted it, it was only due to hart that the scoreline wasnt any higher.  If mancini really wanted to win it he wouldnt have started savic and started nasri, dzeko and kolarov in the first leg, and in the second leg he would of started milner and aguero and again dropped savic.

Can't replace a player when he's sent off mate........mind you, maybe liverpool would be allowed to......

Kompany would have played both games too.......with Toure away in africa, Savic would not have played in either of those games.....

You didn't deal with the peno Man city should have had first half when dzeko was fouled.........

and the argument wasn't about which set of players wanted it more...thats irrelevant......its about the bias the ref showed to liverpool....and the double standards by the FA who banned Kompany...but then did nothing to Glen Johnson (as the referee failed to book Johnson during the game, the FA with video evidence could & should have given him the same punishment as Kompany....they certainly had no problem retrospectively suspending Balotelli).......
