I really don't see this exceptional second half of the season coming. I think it'll be similar to the first half.

You're far too pessimistic. I know we will finish 10th-12th.

Wooooooooooooo survival for another year resulting in increased odds of an investment so we can finish in the top 4 of the table and eventually win it!!!

But no one will buy us because we need a new stadium because we can't generate any more money without selling players

Not wrong, nearly a million quid per place this year, there's around 8mil difference between 8th and 17th.

i really dont like this system. the rich get richer and poorer get poorer.  we should all get an equal split. im mean we are all competing. then its up to the quality of the manager

a top half finish is likely. i dont see us competing for europe this year. moysey is virtually rebuilding the side and i just hope that the new guys settle in quickly.

i get your point mate but don't they do it to keep some level of competitiveness for the last games of the season to give the mid table teams something to play for, otherwise theres a danger of teams rolling over on the last few games of the season and affecting who wins th league/gets into europe/gets relegated coz they couldnt be @rsed putting a decent team out.
I know that still happens to an extent with some teams but i think it's the only option the league has to keep it as competitive as possible until the end?

This season has been one of transition not just for us but most of the league, the so called "Big 4" has became a massive 6. Ever since city became the luckiest club in the world the whole dynamic of the league has changed, teams that had the virtual guarantee they would finish in a champions league place are now spending stupid money (ok bar arsenal)  trying to ensure they dont fall away.
With little to no money for the last 2-3 years moyes had had to concentrate on youth, which is the right path to take if he wants to make the club sustainable, dont get me wrong i would love us to go out and spend 20 mil on a Darren bent or what have you but that's just not going to happen. If we can keep bringing players in like Vellios and Coleman ( who i think has been a big miss this season) i think we will be fine, they just take a little longer to bear fruit.
