Great!, Yakubu gone!, Beckford gone!, Arteta gone!, Yobo gone!, Now Bily!!!, Drenthe, Donovan and Strac all in on loans and are sure to leave aswell!, If the squad isn't thread bare already, We are selling players at a loss!, And what money has moyes seen of this...................Oh peanuts for Gibson!;-(, We are now a selling club and instead of making money we are losing it!, Don't be surprised if we don't sign anybody, If we do it will be another pointless loan or a has been!!!!!, Oh!, And one more thing............Take into account what players have left, But then look at the ages of some of the players we still have (Saha, Distin, Neville etc.), I love Everton like the next supporter, But these are very worrying times I feel!;-((((, If there is a god, PLEASE HAVE SOMEBODY INVEST IN OUR CLUB!!!!x

I agree with the general point of this thread but I agree with selling bily...if we didn't we would get even less for him as his contract runs down and the woeful performances continue..
Had to be done, we certainly wont be weakening our bench by putting Baxter or the likes on there in his place.

we have outstanding youth who given a chance can replace the veterans and bring us back from the brink.
Unfortunately Moyes invests in youth but rarely uses them

no we dont. no side can be built on the youth program and no team is.

we have some good players coming thru but you cannot produce a whole team of them.

what we need is money. and that means either bigger gates, more tv money,  more sponsorship money, or less likely, a fairy godmother who will buy the club and invest big time.

the problem with the last option is the fact that goodison is obsolete and this increases the investment needed for anyone who considers buying efc. plus the fact that liverpool is a city with real social and economic problems which means many simply cannot afford to pay 30 quid a week to watch a game.

these are factors that make efc a non-starter from a buyers point of view. a few simple facts that blue onions and their ilk are either to thick to grasp or they live in fairyland where reality doesnt exist.

Utter nonsense, thats why the RS is full every week, don't gove me the Norway crap cos its a myth. Also, if nobody has money in Liverpool, why the hell are the likes of Harvey Nicks moving into the city, why are the bars and restaurants full every night? You talk moreshite than me and Kim Jong combined.

it is a fact, that there is a large number of unemployed in the city and  surrounding areas, how many of these people need to me unemployed i don't know, but yes there is lots of money in the city, however its all about point of view, 30 pounds to watch a game 10-20-30 pounds on a night out with ya mates.
but we do get a good gate for a team that never really pushes for anything, and is under performing.

Merseyside from September had thhe highest rate of Unemployment in England by area, still no excuse like. P.S wha is so wrong with being a selling club? If we produce good players and sell themmyoung for larger amounts as they have potential we will be able to invest more money into more exp players at lesser rates, thats what Borussia Dortmund have done and they are picking up the pace as a team.

Manchester has high unemployment, so does Newcastle. If the team played well attendances would grow. I won't watch them whilst they play like this, not even on telly. If they played well and at leasr had some ambition, I'd happily pay twice as much for a ticket.

Yes liverpool does have high unemployment, but as much as I hate to agree with SC's Norway comment, he's right that's just something I wind up my rs mates with( and most of them are red), there is enough people in the city with a spare £30 if the football wasn't so poor, it is hard to justify spending it if the product you pay for is so low in quality. What does surprise me is that there are still so many of us actually attending games and any investor will hopefully look at us as being abnormally loyal to the brand, I guarantee none of us would buy shoes from a s**t cobbler or buy a car from fords if we knew the engines were faulty, and yet we still payout to watch the crap this lot are churning out.

No, United's success was due to the air crash.

Don't hate me for saying that. It was massive news. They got a ton of publicity for it. Money rolled in. That was why they've done so well.
