Posts: 5,096January 2012 well the board will say we got a lot less than 7 million, they will come out with the usual bs and we will get a player on loan and that will swallow up the billy money, and probaly 80% of the money will find its way into the boards pockets.

And i dont believe even our board are thick enough to let him go for 2.5 million. thats a smokescreen price from the Echo imo, to protect us from getting ripped off for an other players we may be in for. -

Posts: 5,096January 2012 well thats a nice 6.5 million loss, the board will use that as a reason why we dont get a replacement. we seem to be selling of players at a cut price fee, i know hes been poor but his rep in russia alone should of meant us pushing the deal up a little more than that, we sold yak on the cheap , i bet our board would bite of man utds hand if they offered 5 million for rodwell and accept 6 mill for baines off arsenal, were like a bunch of scroungers who will accept anything nowadays , clubs no what a mess were in financially and will keep picking off our players on the cheap.

we could use half that money tho and put a bid in for andy carol , got to be worth a punt at 1.25 mill bit risky but we can only really go for average to poor players anyway.

Thats what i think anyway Beano lad, all other reports suggest 5million as a minimum. If it is about that, im sure Moyes can make it stretch and put it to good use :) -
