I disagree with a few bits.
I have watched Everton for 50 years and I can honestly say that the
football we are currently being subjected to is the worst I have ever
    seen us play

I reckon its about on par with the majority of the decade before Moyes arrived to be honest.

You have sold any flair players we’ve had and have claimed it has been
your decision to do so. Pienaar, Arteta, Yakubu (who apparently could
have gone to West Ham for a reported 6 million pounds and then was sold
for peanuts a few months later).

Arteta was very poor for us when he left and Moyes didn't sell him through choice, he threw in a transfer request, Pienaar had to go as he was just going to leave on a free and Yak was worse than Anichebe when he played. Poor examples.

A reported 14 million pound bid for Jagielka was rejected but you deemed 10 million to be enough for our best player.
Just a rumour, we were also offered 30mil for Rodwell, just because the internet says it, don't believe it to be true.. Also 14mil for Jags is about right and personally I would rather we kept him.

I'll be honest I gave up shortly after that but the bits in between were right, Beckford was a poor choice, extending Anichebe's contract was a poor choice, even though he is playing half decent, playing Cahill and Saha constantly when they are not scoring is a bad choice as well, despite Cahil's goal at the weekend.

i agree IHR...IMO beckfords card was marked when he turned up late for that game...Moyes didn't like him..so he was gone..agree with saha and cahill..however feel any replacement just isn't good enough at the moment..stracquilarsi is terrible...velios not good enough...big vic ...could but doesn't...

arteta wasnt poor, he just wasnt carrying the team like he used to.  Its not his responsibility to go and win games single handedly.  Just because he wasnt at the same standard he was doesent make him poor.

his pass completion this season is only 2% below xavi and is the 6th best in europe.

10m, receiving 9m was a poor deal.  He threw in a transfer request yes, but we didnt have to accept it.  we already had enough money to cover the detbs from sales of pienaar, beckford and yak.

Part of the reason we are playing so poor is because arteta isnt there to get things moving in midfield.

This is a really good piece written from the heart. It is pretty awful for those who go the game at the moment, watching the passionless dross we have to watch. But in the actual games people have not and are not turning against Moyes in numbers. Sure there are individual shouts from fans who are very angry. IIMO Moyes was very clever when he came out and had a go at the Blackburn fans, cos its made some of us think we dont want to be like them, and its delayed mass unrest directed at Moyes

And when he didn't accept Lescott's transfer request, threw him into the team and lost 6-1, that was wrong too wasn't it!!

exactly beano !! took the words outta my mouth...and imo it is the playmakers job to be creative and "carry" the team and he was poor for most of the last months he played for us..

scroll back through this place and look for the "fans" saying we should sell him because he's sh 1te and always injured!!!

yet when he's sold ...he's a great loss...people want it both ways and dont admit when they are wrong !!
