Most people that I have talked to over the last 5 years on here will know that ive always supported DM to the hilt and backed BK. It pains me to say it but MOYES has been tactically very poor this season, he is in real danger of destroying his own top reputation that he has worked so hard to build over the years at Goodison! A on personnal note for DM if i was him id be looking for a move in summer, maybe spur's if Harry goes to England, the longer he stays at Everton the more other clubs will forget the great work he has done. He looks dejected in interview's and who can blame him, we are very lucky to be sitting mid table as on performances we should be fighting relegation. In saying that MOYES will go down as a top everton manager for sure.
As for BK yeah i understand that some fan's are getting very frustrated with the lack of investment at the club, on one hand we need it, but on the other hand is has to be right! Look at blackburn, pompey, bought by "so called" billionaires but destined for diaster! Yes we need investment to compete for the top 6 places but we also need to secure our clubs future and ensure survival. Teams with huge debts are going to be in real trouble in the future.
The truth of the matter is that we are not currently a top 6 side, infact if were honest were not a top 8 side, annoying as it is thats the truth.
MOYES has done a great job and took us as far as he can. Could anyone else come in and take us further?? No. Is there many better managers out there in my oppinion that could replace him and move us forward?? No. You could stick Mourino in and with no funds and an ageing first team he couldnt do any better.

Falling gates over the last couple of seasons hasnt helped the team, is it because of recession and money being tight for everyone or becuase of the poor performances? Abit of both Id say!

We all know what needs to happen, we need investment! Without it it doesnt matter who the chairman is or who the manager is! MOYES and the scouts are clearly doing all they can with no funds. Gibson coming from UTD yet again they have thrown us a good player, thanks to the Fergie-Moyes friendship.

All we can do if keep hoping, stick together and hope that investment will come before we are to far behind the fromt runner's!!

    good post.
but for one thing DM's tactics. I'm not sure where he get them from or what he thinking. Yes, he says the players day in day out know them inside out, but surely he can see that the tactics are not working. not once did we shoot from distants in open play, and with Sarah, Don, Vic, Roy, Gibson and Fell all able to short we always opt to push the ball wide in the hope of getting a header on goal.
Watching the game on Sat was terrible, the amount of attacking options we had yet we still produced nothing, and against a poor Blackburn team.
the players look shaky, even after the goal i knew we'd give a goal away.

but after saying all this it could be that we just need a good big win to kick the team into 4th gear
