    About why our own supporters are saying we will get relegated? You're all talking out of yer @rses ffs!

    That WILL NOT happen this season (believe it or not) but we are in too good a position. The odds are heavily against us being relegated. We only need 12-15 more points from 16 yes that's 16 games. Kin el I knew you guys were negative but this is off the scale! There are 48 more points to gain in the remainder of our season therefore it would be a miracle if our team goes down. We have much more quality than the likes of wigan, Blackburn etc and before you all start saying 'Uhh why didn't we beat them then?' just take a look at our fooking injury list for Christ sake!

    Keep the faith and stop talking like we'll be a championship team next season. Those who are saying that need their heads checking.

    were 7 points above relegation and weve got a terrible run of games coming up, we are so poor and inept in every department, can you tell me 3 worse teams in the prem than us atm. im sorry but open your eyes weve won 7 games all season and lost against bolton qpr, and scrambled draws vs very poor teams at goodison this season, to say we were lucky to get a point today is an understatement. if you think were in to good a position atm then lol.

    Sam I respect your opinion mate but I just don't think that will happen. Agreed we won't be finishing top 8 or probably even top 10. I expect us to finish somewhere between 11th and 14th but for me relegation is just completely beyond us. Yes I have faith but I'm using my head when I say this pal! I'm not just saying this because I'd hate to see it happen, I genuinely believe that we will be safe. We have too much quality and I know things look tough right now but I promise you it will pick up in time.

    We all have our opinions mate. The truth will be decided at the end of the season so we have to wait untill then. But you remember this thread for when the season is over and we are still a PL team

    As I said before look at our injury list before you start about creativity. We're missing Coleman, Osman, Barkley! When these players come back we'll be picking up points mark my words.

    Sam I respect your opinion mate but I just don't think that will happen. Agreed we won't be finishing top 8 or probably even top 10.     I think I might need a bit more than a pint of we go down mate! I don't think it can be as clear cut as you are making it Sam. Like everyone on this forum I live for this team. Everton, apart from my job are my life and it would kill me if we got relegated. We only need a small amount of points for safety I cannot see it happening (This season at least). I'm sorry Sam I think you're a cracking lad but I have to disagree mate

    Have no defensive qualities? We're missing 3 key defenders mate. Distin Jags and Hibbo... Need I say more? Injuries are our problem. As for Drenthe, it is Moyes who decides to keep him on the bench. I disagree with Moyes on that one. We have the lad for the rest of the season, if he has a run of games he could be a real essential player for us in the remainder of the season

    BUT mate, not lots of them, where as you can see Wolves and Blackburn getting spanked some weeks, i see us getting beat but not heavily and that can make a huge difference.

    That's what I've had all day today. My evertonian mates saying we'll go down. This is true > I was supposed to go to footie training today but I stayed at home trying to prove a point about us not getting relegated to me mates. That's how sure I am! I'm choked now just thinking about relegation and what it would mean

    mate weve leaked totally pissss poor goals all season, the defence today is no better or worse than when jags and disten is playing and well missing hibbert is a big plus. getting our defenders back isnt going to make any difference, if you cant score goals then you will lose games just like we have all season. and tbh i thought heitenga and duffy were ok really and dont think we were any weaker at the back whether we had jags or disten anyway, having our defenders back would of made no difference to the result today.

    It wouldn't have made a difference no because the goal was complete luck but you can't say out defence isn't stronger with Jags and distin in it. That's just insane, sorry mate. All these opinions flying about on here, I guess we'll see what will really happen in the remainder of the season

    Strangely, I wish we could play every game away from home. It's very difficult being the home team when you haven't got a creative midfield anymore. We're much better away from home.

    It gets forgotten very quickly how we battered Villa in the first half last week and say we have zero quality. It gets forgotten that we've had more possession than our opponents in the vast majority of games including today. People forget the other teams also have to play the 2 Mancs, Spurs, Chelsea, Arsenal too still.

    I'll say again. If we can give our players one CREDIBLE focal point of attack, it'll make a massive difference to the whole team.
