    Apparently we are being linked with this guy. He's the Vietnamese striker and captain. 9 Goals in 9 appearances. Not making any judgements on the lad cos I'm unsure of the standard of competition in the Vietnamese league. Here's a clip to judge for yourself. Sign him on loan with 1st option clause? if it doesn't work out then leave it be. I'm just thinking of the likes of Nakamura who made a big impact at celtic. i am also aware of the Japanese lad who failed miserably at asrenal and fulham who's name i can't think of at the moment. It is a big step up from Asian leagues to the EPL but just think it might be worth a punt when you see the prices and wages ordinary championship players go for.

    I see the vietnamese league doesn't thnk shin pads aren't needed
