I've read they're building on Stanley Park but have gone back to their designs from 2003

there moving to stanley park.
If that happens the only real option we have is to buy anfield (our former stadium) and paint the seats blue,
sell goodison, sell naming rights for the stadium for next 25 years, and I think that should be enough to secure it.
