Not sure if many of you were watching but Swansea have just moved above us into 10th place and to be fair they were an good example for so many teams!
They outplayed, outfought Arsenal and tackled everything that moved. When one tackle wasn't successful, immediately there was another one which did the business. Their work ethic and fitness, not to mention their technical ability were so impressive.
I don't enjoy lauding other teams, but oh how I wish David Moyes could get out of our boys just some of what Brendan Rodgers seems to be getting out of Swansea (at least in this match).
Anyway, ever the optimist, I'm sure that we'll get above them again soon! COYB

But do you honestly think that DM is happy with the effort he is getting from the team on a regular basis? I wouldn't think so, but maybe you do! No matter what you think of Rodgers and the Swansea club, all I'm saying is that today I saw them fight for every ball and it wasn't just some of the team, it was all ten outfield players. I'm sure DM is trying everything he can to get our boys playing well but, I have to admit that I was envious of the passion I saw from Rodger's team today. That doesn't mean I don't care about EFC or DM, but give credit when credit's due - if we showed a bit more fight then this forum wouldn't be as downbeat as it has been recently. The truth is we used to battle it out more often with the top teams, so where has all that gone?
