Felli and a better performance at Villa

Was at Villa park yesterday and thought it was our best game for quite a while, was really impressed by Fellaini after being out for a while. Not suprised that his comeback coincided with a much better game from the Lads. Didn't think he was alone though, thought Bainsey, Duffy and Donovan all had a awesome game. Saw that Nevs struggled a bit but loved his celebration at the away end after the Vics goal, proper fired up!

i didnt think felli was particualrly good yesterday, he seems on the edge of a lot of things and doesnt dominate the centre like he should, 15/20 minutes of 2nd half he was all over the place , not picking anyone up and they had a lot of runners going past him, i know its not just his job to defend but as hes our defensive midfielder hes got to protect the back 4 a little better, they had a lot of space infront of our back four for about 15/20 minutes in second half and he looked well off the pace, maybe with him being out for a while it will take him a few more games, but with moyes view that hes one of best midfielders in the country i expect a lot more from him, hes ok when were in possession but at times seems lost and wanders around aimlessly.

but it was a better overall performance, but same old story failing to capitalise on our possession and we need a change upfront, cahill and saha just not cutting it atm, maybe when we get the likes of ossie, rodwell and coleman back we will have more options to replace cahill , maybe donavon behind another striker

Baines was poor, his defending at times is really really shocking. he just seems incapable of closing wingers down its quite embarrissing for a full back at this level.

Saha should not be playing full stop, he misses chance after chance and he cant even control the ball anymore or hold it up. Sell him if anyone will take him or give him a free transfer and use his wages towards another player. Why is it taking so long for a replacement for Yakubu , Beckford, Vaughen. I am afraid after ten years Moyes has run out of ideas, teams know our formation and the way we play. Moyes aint getting the best out of players anymore maybe they have lost patience with him and is stale formations.

Fact we havent won anything under Moyes in ten years, he and kenwright missed the chance to improve the squad after we finished 4th in the league and again when we lost in the final of the fa cup. That was the time to attract new players and find a buyer for the club to take us forward. The last couple of seasons our league position has not improved and we havent been in europe

Moyes was first class in the first 6 yrs but everything and everyone has a sell by date and his and Kenwrights are due. Fans complain for a reason.

I think fellaini will flourish with Gibson, from what we saw yesterday he's a very dominating player who stays central and can distribute really well, hope to see more like that from the lad.

Thought Neville plays at RB much better than Hibbert, stays closer to the player coming down the wing, although he's not as good as attacking the wing as Hibbert

Duffy held his own made one unfortunate mistake in the game that cost us a goal but none the less great performance

I think he did ok but if we could get back what we paid for him and we could use all of that to get at least 2 good players out of it i think that would b the best way forward but that's only my opinion.
