Went to the match, had a few pints before the game, great company and a fantastic crowd. The sun was shining, the pitch looked fantastic, noise and music blaring out of the speakers and everyone in expectant mood. Great atmosphere.

The game went to plan and the opposition were battered, Leicester Tigers 38 - Lyon 3, what a great day.

Put the radio on driving home, heard the result from GP...........another day fckd...........

Could easily have had a penalty, Baines hit the bar, Cahill missed a sitter and we had more of the ball, a bit hoofball for a while though.......

Rodwell should have buried his opportunity........

Should! If! Missed! Look...this is as bad as it gets...and this is our first outing........against a cast iron certainty for relegation, and you may quote me next May,and we can't pass a ball ten yards without missing by five........

Sounds similar to the day I had at York, although I had one winner in the last race, a load of seconds, a fourth and a fifth so slightly frustrating but good all the same..... And then I find out we lost...... Think I was at that funeral Des speaks of.....
