    Didnt Gerrard and Barry wear number 4 for England.

    Personally I think Number 4 is a defender, but he might swap numbers with Jags in the summer??

    hahahaha, just kidding, i used to play CM every now and then and i always preferred 4 and 8 as numbers, i think 5 and 6 are defenders......along with 2 and 3,  number 4 is middle of park along with 8.......7 and 11 on the wings, 9 and 10 up top 


    Pleased we've cleared that up mate ;)

    Howard Kendall always wore 4 for Everton, and he had a good dig on the volley as i remember............there again didnt Nyarko wear 4, only dig he had was from an Evertonian down at Arsenal.........
