    Nonsense. We've been unlucky far more than lucky! have you fogotten the games where teams scored with the only chance they had....like right at the start of the season with QPR and us hitting the bar and Cahill missing a sitter and other chances. Do I need to write a list of the games we didn't deseve to lose? Villa - 2 chances, 2 goals. Stoke, Norwich - one chance each, one goal each. We hit about 60% possession in most of those games. Newcastle, Man Utd, possibly Liverpool....games where we absolutely deserved more!

    We've been lucky in a couple of games but be balanced and mention the other side of it too!

    To be fair we've also deserved draws or wins in some games we lost ie QPR, Newcastle, Stoke, Man Utd, Liverpool was Ref's fault.

    Amazing to think we have 2 more pts than last season after 20 Prem games!! Mind you, can't see us having a Jan - May like last year.

    Its not the oppositions fault we have no strikers.

    the perfect way to get 3 points against us is to get a goal and then sit back and defend, chances are you will get 3 points this way.


    and its not like the blackburn match where they missed 2 penalties and arteta gets one in the 93rd min, or the fulham game where zamora misses a sitter and we get 2 up the other end again towards the end of the match.  weve even had luck with howard scoring. bolton getting a man sent off west brom anichebe that should have been a draw, we have had way more good luck then bad luck

    west brom were poor but so were we, it had draw written all over it until the west brom player knocked it back in for anichebe to score.

    surely in a tight game its just whoever scores then wins?! I dont think it was down to luck a referee decision or a penalty given in that game tbh fella....was a goal for open play and we won a tight game imo like

    but it was the west brom defender that messed up and headed the ball back in play and so late on in the game, thats unlucky for me. 

    it wasnt as if we created that chance it was gifted to us

    You're really full of it. Blackburn missed 2 pens. Fulham missed a sitter, we take advantage of poor defending - we're lucky

    But we miss sitters, dominte the games making loads of chances but they end up scoring from one chance, it's a case of "It's not the oppositions fault we have no strikers".


    Well by the same logic, it's not Everton's fault Blackburn missed 2 pens. Zamora missed a sitter or WBA were poor defending. But in the tickets World...that doesn't count eh?
