If the BU wernt around, everyone would just take it.
Bk could sell rodwell for 20m and then not reinvest anything back into the team and no one would question him.
no money in 2 years and look at the state of the team ffs.
weve been in decline since the fa cup final, losing lescott pienaar and arteta in back to back seasons, and now relying on loan signings to see us through as there no money to buy players. next to leave is likely to be rodwell
weve sold/mortgaged everything we have for short term gain but long term loss, take finch farm for example.
and people continue to back him just becuase " he is an evertonian" ffs look at this from a neutral perspective and look at the state the club is in at the moment.
didnt kenright do an interview where he said he was unsure whether goodison would retain its safety certificate by 2013.
isnt moyes contract up next season aswell, lets see how the next manager copes with kenright,

the BU have screwed us good and proper by
releasing the details of a confidential meeting with BK to the press and
telling everyone just how difficult our financial position is.
now the whole world knows that we have problems
with our bankers, it upsets players, arteta has left, maybe others will want to
leave. it will now be harder to attract new players, because our financial
difficulties have been broadcast.
only complete ignoramuses would betray a
confidence like that. they are not supporters, they have betrayed our
club and done it immense harm.
"Bk could sell rodwell for 20m and then not

1st, I doubt if anyone would pay 20mill for
rodwell. if you can find an idiot who will i have no doubt moysey will agree.
2nd, BUT NOW [thanx to BU] i wouldnt be surprised if the banks would
want that money to pay down our [now well publicised] debt.
"its not the bu's fault we have no
assets."
its their fault that they betrayed our confidence to the press and the rest of the football community!
if its bk's fault
he's not a billionaire, using your 'logic' it must be your fault that you are not and can't
bail us out.
and we do have assets. but compared to the cost of running a
football club in the 21st century they are negligible.

Bill Kenwright hasn't got the financial might to give the fans what they want but the fans would do well to remember that there wasn't a queue of people looking to step into his shoes to save the club from Johnson.
The BU are an irrelevant bunch of muppets.
Stupid question.

Peter Johnson.
when the premier league kicked off and the money started rolling in, we went from top six to relegation fodder.
Kenwright steadied the ship and invested heavily in wages and transfer fees in comparison to previous years (Walter Smith I think actually turned a small profit on player transfers). This investment compared to our meagre income pushed us to qualify for the Champions League. A very unlucky draw against Villareal, who made it to the semis and probably would have made the final bar dodgy refereering, cost us dearly, both in finance and prestige. Our European performances generally suffered from unlucky draws and underperformance. Qualifying however, and retaining a manager whose star was in the ascendent cost us a lot in wages to keep together the team. That has stretched finances to breaking point.
As a result, we have to reduce the wage bill, and rebuild. The time under kenwright has heightened your expectation, just think back to Mike Milligan rifling one in against Wimbledon to keep us up on goal difference.
The Bunion are an irrelevance and deluded.
Oh and to add to this, whilst our non playing investments are poor, and we do not generate enough money, partly this is because we're consistently cheaper than a large number of clubs, Liverpool included. BK always has the option of hiking ticket prices to allow for more money...

people need to stop using heysel as an excuse, we knew before the season started there wouldnt be any european football if we finished first, so why complain about it after,
and the ban affect every team, other teams recovered why didnt we

we are paying CL wages to our players and its crippling us, its as simple as that. this is why we have such a small squad.
we cant afford to have fellaini on 70k a week.
we are on longer a top5 team and no longer getting europe on a consistent basis, yet the players wages seem to be increasing.
when the next manager comes in what the **** is he meant to do players who are too old to get any decent money for.
