Was happy to hear the lad is an Evertonian, played brilliantly yesterday.
Went out in town last night for my birthday, ended up seein him in heebie jeebies. Chattin to him for ages, quality guy. Said it was his dream come true playing at Goodison, and having the Gwladys Street applauding him before the second half.
Apparently people weren't happy that he didn't respond to the applause, told me he was just in amazement at being there, hope no one was givin him any stick.
Just thought I'd put it up on here, hope to meet the guy again some time soon.

Haha, no he got his water bottle and poured some of the water on the penalty spot! -
