Posts: 44January 2012 The club has no money or transfer budget, yet these players all worth about £20m have recently signed new contracts. Do they know something we don't as they've all said they like where the club is going. Surely the only way we're going without money to buy a decent striker or 2 is down the league. Or have they got some sort of deal where they'll get a percentage of what ever they are sold for???
If they do go then at least we'd clear the debt and have money to buy a striker. -

fellaini just signed a new contract he will play at least another season and barkley isnt playing anyway.
rodwell is the one, but he keeps getting injured when he gets in some sort of form.
the only teams I can see going for him are united or chelsea.
united already have too many youngsters coming through they need an experienced creative player, and chelsea need the same.
I think if ferguson really wanted rodwell he would of bought him in the summer, but for 20m its a massive risk for any club, for a player that may/maynot become a great player. its too early to tell.
