    Forget about the countdown to 2012 (Happy New Year to you all though), the countdown to the transfer market opening is what matters to me. Looking at this web page is beginning to get to me.

    Hopefully in 2012 we'll find investment, buy players and start to get our stadium sorted out. And if we have time, try to sneak in a cup or league success! Wishful thinking but my new year's resolution is to be more positive on here.

    As we have our priorities right, ONLY after Everton have got BILLIONS to spend.

    the january window has a reputation of being a poor market, with little real choice.

    the summer is the best time to buy and sell.

    I think there's enough people wishing for solutions to those problems already.... maybe its time to spare a thought for our little poor club, no?
