I think that Distin is still our best defender, even at his age, but to be fair to Heitinga he has been playing well of late so I don't think defence is a problem for us. I reckon that Drenthe should play on the right as he looks much more dangerous out there, and he can come inside of to his left foot. I think Osman is best behind the striker but I prefer the 4 4 2 formation, especially at home, and I think Rodwell and Fellaini work well in the centre together. Up front I would have Saha and Denis, as I think they would link up well together, and I still think Saha can be an important player for us if he plays up front with someone, as all he needs is a couple of goals to give him confidence. Also, I would have Vellios on the bench and I would bring him on if we were in need of a goal. Any thoughts on this?
