    Last year we had a very poor start just like the year before, this year we have to put that right. We must go at QPR and we must not underestimate them, all the players have to give 100% and some players who underperformed last year (Arteta especially) must get back to their best. The fans can play a part by supporting the team and the players have to respond.

    We have not started a season well for 4 years, that has to change.
