Is it time for Barkley to get a game

I know there is a lot of differing opinions on how Moyes should handle Barkley but I for one feel we are not utilising him enough and giving him the chance to gain the needed experience he is lacking.

I don't feel he should play every game but certainly feel he was catipulted into the starting line up for the first game and has slowly worked is way back out the team. Surely it should be the otherway around?

Our biggest problem is that our squad doesn't offer a creative spark in midfield which is something we hope he can offer . Recent games we have played with 2 DM on the pitch we have not looked like scoring but also the defence has been solid we should have sacrificed Neville who was doing nothing and offer him the chance to bring a new dimension to our play. Just the threat alone would have freed up space for the wide players.

I feel the desperation to see Barkley is more a desperation to move away for the defensive negative formation and dull football that we are now seeing every week. Osman if playing in the middle with 2 up top would work in my opinion.

    Fair post here mate.

I believe Barkley has alot of potential and could really become an impact player of the bench with the odd start.

Everton players need to have competition for places, because a few players can go through the motions knowing they will be starting again next week!

I think that he has proved that he is a lad that has potential, but we won't see the best of him from the bench. If the lad is making mistakes then I can understand dropping him for a little bit, but I think we may need him right now. These young players will only benefit from a run in the team, they will not gain any experience of playing while they are sitting on the bench. We are in need of a little more creativity so why don't we give the lad a chance to play?

well we certainly need some introduction of flair and creativity, which he can certainly do but id be very surprised if its at todays game. WBA away doesnt smell like the opportunity to try new things. in fact , DM is so predictable im pretty sure i can guess his lineup and formation today
