Posts: 8,859December 2011 With Moyes brining in Donovan that means we have three players on loan and can't get any more. So the real questions are, what players will he bring in and how much will he spend? We have been linked with a couple players costing a few million but I'm hoping we don't just get players that cost around £100,000. We have too many of those 'one for the future' players' we need currently talented players.The main two areas need strengthening is the attack (obviously) and we need a creative midfielder/ playmaker.

I love everton, but im a realist and know when someone is trying to pull the "wool" over my eyes...The money we have made from transfers is in the bank full stop!!! It was easy for Kenwright to say that the Arteta funds were available for Moyes but he only had 15 mins to spend it! CMON, dont be thick and believe this.....WE HAVE NO MONEY!!!! We will have to make do with what we have and HOPE teams below us keep their AWFUL form up... -

I could be wrong but I reckon that Moyes will have the £1.5M For Yakubu and if he is lucky he may get the £2.5M for Beckford. I think if we are going to sign the quality striker we require we will have to sell a player.

I think Moyes will have £1M at least and £4M at most, but that is just my opinion. Unless we sell someone we won't be able to afford a Jermaine Defoe or that Russian Spurs striker with the long name. One thing is for sure though, Moyes won't have the Arteta money to spend.
