Good thing by Moyes to take somewhat of a stand for Steve Kean. Negative tactics, but a decent guy.

D'yer not think its a bit "drama queen" though.  At the end of the day, he is not performing and refuses to accept that he has done anything wrong.  If he had any bit of decency he'd apologise for the performances and admit he'd got things wrong.  Instead he goes about his business, telling people things are fine. They aren't.

The owners could do something - sack him.  Ultimately he himself could do something - resign.

At the end of the day he is paid mega bucks compared to ordinary folk and chose to do something that is known to be pressure filled and in the public eye.

Yeah I agree. I was a bit confused when he first took over because they already had a manager who was pretty adept at managing a premier league team and then replaced him with Steve Kean who has none. The only way the fans were ever going to accept him was if he could do a better job than Big Sam and he clearly hasn't for a year.

I don't understand why he doesn't resign when pretty much the entire fanbase wants him out. Surely if the fans, the heart and soul of any team want you to go with such vigour that they are showing now then why choose to stay other than to infuriate them further?

If managers want the credit for success then they have to take the blame for failure. When your team is constanly losing then the supporters are allowed to voice their discontent. They've paid good money for the priviledge. If (16 million quid contract) Moyes or any other manager doesn't like it they know where the exit is.

What Moyes said was right, if they would have supported the team as much as they abused the manager they may have got a result. After the game if the fans are not happy they can boo, they can even have a peaceful protest if they must, but they have to support the team during the game, as all of the negativity must get to the players.
