Exactly, every single game we put a couple of good balls into the box but nobody gets on the end of them. There was two examples of this last night when the fans got frustrated when Baines and Drenthe put dangerous balls into the box but nobody got on the end of them.-----------------
exactly and people moan at saha, but saha has never been that type of player to bomb into teh box scoring goals like that, he needs a partner-----------------
its the type of football, and dont laugh, James Beattie would have thrived off.....

It never worked out for Beattie, but when he came I really thought he would do well for us.

I was really not up for Ba before the season, he looked more cold than hot at Wham. Still, goes to show, even I can be wrong every now and then.
Saha isn't really the man for a lone strike role, I haven't seen enough of Velios to decide if he is yet. he certainly has the physique though.
