    I don't understand, if it's true, why the club or Kenwright would be taking the matter to court, as the transcript says:

    'The Chairman was aware that information from the meeting would be supplied to supporters. The only confidentiality exercised surrounds matters concerning the chairman’s private and family life, which he is clearly entitled to expect and we are equally happy to respect.'

    This would suggest that Kenwright knew it would be made public, and if it's the club taking these lads to court over it, then surely Bill can stop that by saying 'well actually, I was aware that this would be going out to the supporters'....... Have I missed something?

    the mans a legend, the only one from the bbc that backs us and consistently writes articles about how well moyes has been doing over the years

    I suspect that BK agreed to the basic elements of the discussion being made public but not a verbatim transcript of everything. The Blue Union need to clarify whether publication of a complete transcript was agreed beforehand, or a copy of their article sent to BK for approval for the public domain.
