Thought he did very well when he came on and I think he deserves a start.

That is what I like about the lad. I remember he came on and within about 10 seconds he won a header and Saha was in on goal. He clearly benefits from playing in a 4 4 2 and I would like to see him start on Wednesday as well.

Most football fans live week to week Dan, its never the duration of the season until the last game has been played, until that point, its what happens every game, a hero 1 minute, sell them to Yeovil the next, we are all fickle as fans!

Some of the lads that work in the office are Manure fans, after they failed to qualify the other night for the K.O stage of CL they were saying its time for Fergie to go.......i just shake my head some days...LOL

cant remember anyone actually slagging him as he hasnt played at all, think people just got the impression he must be totally shoite if he cant even get a look in with a side that cant score goals and moyes prefers constantly playing midfielders or totally out of form forwards ahead of him, just look at some of the playersmoyes has brought on ahead of him in games when weve been crying out for a goal or something upfront, no wonder people wer eunder the impression he must be pretty hopeless if the manager doesnt even rate him good enough to bring on in games ahead of defenders or midfielders when we need a goal.

Played well and won some good headers when he came on.  Needs game time.

I don't think anyone slagged him off actually. Everyone was too busy complaining he wasn't getting enough game time, and that anything would have been better than Saha.

cant fault his effort and workrate but to me he'll never be a prolific goal scorer, looks too awkward in front of goal, reminds me of anichebe ( without the diving ), kevin doyle or heskey! hes the type of player that would need 20 chances to score 1.
