    Just lookin' for ideas...

I usually do mushroom, onion and sometimes bacon.

Another favourite involves adding a little chinese five spice which works wonders!

Just tuckin' into a mushroom onion and tomato one that is very nice.

I do mine like a pizza only without the tomato base. Ham, sun dried tomatoes, onions or peppers load of cheese on the top the stick it under the grill. Yum.

Something for you on the egg front....scrambled eggs....made only using the egg white and milk....you set aside the yolks.

Use the best eggs you can find....once the very pale scramble egg is cooked....removed from the heat and put in the yolks....stir in letting the yolk cook only on the residual heat of egg and pan.

Serve on toast with a glass of fresh orange juice.

    Its the breakfast of kings.

Feckin gulls eggs? Orrible bar stewards those birds are. Why eat their feckin eggs?

Part of this trend with chefs of tryin to be out their like - he man, am gonna serve squirrel woo. Offal? Why not... well, fair enough but dont charge me a kings ransom to eat the tripe (pun intended).

ps - love the little exchange by the readers at the bottom of the page... limiting the sale of gulls eggs, racist that is!
