Would you trust Moyes to get us a striker in Jan if he has funds and if you were a striker and Everton came knocking seeing how they treat strikers could you even be tempted?

I think he would/could identify someone, but I dont think he would use him right.  I think any striker that looks at our recent history with strikers would run a mile.

New striker + Drenthe pre contract. Also McFadden can play a role up front when fit.

"AMERICAN striker Charlie Davies who lost out in the MLS comeback player of the year voting to David Beckham has emerged as an affordable answer to Everton FC’s goalscoring problems.

Charlie Davies has been released by French side Sochaux – and MLS outfit DC United, where the 25-year-old spent a successful season on-loan, have decided not to pay the $1.2m it would cost them to sign him permanently.

Davies has won 16 caps for the USA and scored 11 goals in 26 games on loan with United in the recently ended MLS season."

Tromsø forward Mos Abdellaoue, on loan from Vålerenga, has shown a propensity to score goals.

22 goals in 32 games to be exact.

He's unlikely to cost more than £3 million. "

I think we missed the boat with demba ba pre season. No transfer fee and you could sell the man on. I think it's more of a question of attitude upfront. Andy Johnson ran his socks off chasing lost causes. Not the best player but his attitude improved the whole team, even yakubu felt more pressure to cover some ground.

Pavlichenko would suit moyes style but I feel we need to move away from 1 upfront. Let's go out aiming to win games 1pt for a draw over 38 games can get you relegated.

Let's attack teams and give it a fkin good go, need some Duncan ferguson brave heart stuff going on and roar down the opponents.

We are everton were better than stoke Sunderland and I expect 3pts off Norwich.

Fkin have it moyes, make every toffee happy this Xmas.

    Rooooarrrr

No striker would suit moyes style. He wants them to play like a midfielder, just higher up the pitch. No striker wants to do that.
