11 reasons why we win on Saturday against Arsenal!

    1. We are the blues, a respectable club that make the opposition nervous, including this Saturday.
    2. The lads are keen to make a result, working their socks off helping each other.
    3. Arteta plays and the overall spirit between him and the blues is amazing.
    4. It's a different formation this time.
    5. We've got a fully fit squad, with very few exceptions.
    6. Drenthe steps on the pitch, as a better player.
    7. There's a positive surprice in the substitution.
    8. There are many traveling fans to watch the game.
    9. The traveling fans are up and singing loud and proud and in harmony with the players, lifting them up and keep them up with wonderful chants.
    10. Me and my girlfriend are part of the traveling fans and attend a match with the Everton squad for the first time! (Wishful thinking)
    11. This forum and its members are positive on this one threat! ;)

    for some reason we play better against better opposition, so i hope we can upset arsenal on saturday.

    they are due for it. and they have looked vulnerable at times so yes, we can stick it to them.

    I'm sure we'll put in the kind of performance that would have wiped the floor with the likes of Stoke and QPR... but it won't be good enough to get a result against Arsenal.

    I just go into a game and say lets see what happens. I obviously hope we win every time we play but I never like to go into a game with any expectations!
