“We didn’t create much but that’s credit to Stoke. If you talk about Stoke over the years, they don’t concede much and they’re hard to break down.”

yeh 15 goals in last 5 prem games they let in and there keeper never had a shot to save whole game, try telling bolton this who knocked 5 past them not that difficult to break down are they, how poor is our attack and creativity if bolton can hit them for 5 :-( yet we dont create a clear cut chance whole game.

cant complain much as it was on the cards as soon as the transfer window ended.

but the tactics have been shocking.  stoke played 4-4-2  and they were the away team.

Went the game and Everton didn't work either of the keepers (Begovic and Sorensen) once. Vellios did okay with what he had to do.

Vellios was anonymous, but he looked isolated all game. He should have had someone up there with him, as we have to win our home games.

thats the problem though. Moyes formation is set up with main priority not to concede first and score 2nd. Hence one striker.
I would hate being a forward with him as manager cause your basically just a defender high up the pitch being asked to run yourself into the ground with no help or support. Looking forward to him playing 451 at home to Tamworth. Bet even they go 442!

Yeh he he did look isolated, cos he really was. If Moyes insists on playing someone just behind the lone striker, its got to be someone with a bit of guile, try something.someone new

This tribe as been going on for a few seasons now. Is this moyes? what is Steve Round doing on the training ground?
when he came from newcastlehe had a big reputation as the best coach in the league!!!!!! well I don't think so.
since he'sbeen here we have become the bores of the prem. Even motd don't want to show us. they only put us on at the end so no one turns over. That is what we are and i think if this is as good as moyes thinks we are then he should do the decent thing.
    TAXI !!!!!!!!!!

Absolutley right mate and imo, Cahill isnt that man anymore, yes he gets himself about and he grafts, but the person playing between the midfield and the striker needs to link the play up better and create chances, and imo, Cahill isnt that person.
