    Anders Behring Breivik is diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia. He will most likely not spend time in prison, but instead held under psychiatric care, reviewed every 3rd year. A bit surprised, but from what I`ve read the man is either a severly ill man or of deeply malevolent character.

    Sorry, insane.

    At the time of the offence the accused was labouring under such defect of reason due to disease of the mind so as not to know the nature and quality of the act that he was doing or if he did know he did not know that what he was doing was wrong.

    One of the only things I remember from criminal law. That and the case were blokes got done for nailing their own tackle to planks of wood...
