    Eh on a more serious note do you think the way evertonians are all giving it the grief over speed yet when he left he was called ashithouse ? Now he's dead everyone loves him hypocrites the lot of them, but most wont admit to it.

    Its too late now to start supporting him...

    Its why I haven't posted about him. I called him ashithouse with them. Same as half the ones crying about racism who twenty years ago would have been lobbing nanas at John Barnes.

    Its not about what happened is it?  NO ONE will know the reason he left Everton, it was between him and the club... And YES, I was pisssed off and angry!...

    But, I am mourning him for what he gave to Welsh Football and being a gentleman, not like some of the players we have playing today. This has nothing to do with Everton, couldn't give a monkeys what happens at Goodison this week....  Wales has lost a legend and a national manager that actually cared...    Gutted I am

    Most of merseyside would have heard what happened when it happened. I didnt blame the lad one bit.

    well said YGV, no one could have blamed him for leaving if they knew..........which always made it so galling to me the way the fans chanted at him when he came back. True to his proffessionalism and love for the club and its history he never revealed what happened......
