Thought he did well today and has really started to get back to what he used to do best and running at the left back and giving them a hard time and has managed to add some decent crosses to his game. I remember it wasn't long ago that people were saying we should drop him for a while because he just wasn't playing well, but it seems he's managed to find some confidence again and has come back better than before.

    Getting better every game imo.
Seems better at finding people, he was very predictable.. run, run, run, cut in, hope for a nutmeg, looks to turn back or pass instead of just trying to run past three or four players every time now. Means when he does do that, it takes them by suprise.

He has made a poor season, but today I thought he looked a lot better, even though they had a poor left back.

He may not be a "world beater" but on his day he can give any left back a nightmare.

I totally agree mate, i like Seamus, but he is a good player who will never be great imo, and like you say, encourage his enthusiasm cos he has it in bundles use it to our advantage...!

What did we pay for Seamus? £60k? Easily worth at least £6m now. Quality player, still only young and probably still learning. He can only get better.
