not good....actually makes me feel a bit ill - Especially when he said, and I quote

"I have no doubt the goals will come. He will get his goals - he has got them every other year and I have got no reason to suggest they won't."

    I've got a great reason....HE HASN'T SCORED SINCE DECEMBER!!!!

    So a quick letter below:

    Dear Tim,

I appreciate what you've done for the team, your heading prowess is unrivalled and your commitment to the badge has no equal......You have left us with some fantastic memories, the problem is, they are now just that, memories.

So thank-you, from the bottom of my heart.....now there's place on the bench you need to be warming and let Tolos take his place in the team.

    Thanks

    The Don

To be fair, Tim has been rather unlucky, v Wolves last week he was denied by a last ditch point blank block, shouldv had a pen & set up Saha's chance. Very close v Liverpool and many others. Hopefully when he scores this afternoon the floodgates will open!

Even though Tim isn't getting the goals I'd still play him because he's a good link between the midfield and the attack.

I hope anyone gets a couple because our attack is so poor at the moment.

Glad to see Timmy setting it up but just proves my point that Tolos needs to start. Reckon with more Premiership games he'll only improve and can help sort our strikers problem out before we sign Messi in January.

He got a very good assist so he's still influencing the game.

Tim has been a superb servant and ambassador for the club for years.

However, he now has "Mark Hughes syndrome" - that is more interested in battling with the centre half (and consequently giving away a free kick) than trying to do anything productive.

Vellios is now our top scorer having started one league game in his entire Everton career - who would you rather have?

It's a shame but I think all good things...

Tim only needs one goal, IMO once he gets the first, the second, third...will come along at a good pace. This guy is the heart of our team and played well yesterday. I would try Cahill and Vellios up front next matchday... Hope Moyes saw the potential
