Who's Going to Step-up

    We really need somebody to step their game up and pull the team together.
    But who? Cahill just doesn't seem at his best, Rodwell possible but he's still young and in the shadows of other plays, Jag's doesn't look like a captain, Felli, again seem as if he's standing in the shadows of other players.  Phil Nevil cant get into the squid, osman couldn't handle it.
