probably bollox, but could be a decent signing for a few months as he does need games in the prem imo.

could buy us time until summer to find a permanent striker?

    lol - shouldnt joke!

Ah **** it lets be positive. Lukaku comes and plays alongside Vellios in the prems youngest strike force and bangs in 12 goals...

Would make sense for both parties, in much the same way as Sturridge
went to Bolton, got games and is now a far better player for the
experience. Lukaku isn't likely to get much time on the pitch for
Chelsea, while Everton don't have any strikers worthy of the name.

Considering he's 6 foot 4 and the size of a feckin' house he doesn't bully defender about much.

Andy Lewis (Everton Media chap) has apparently said the same thing...... Will be interesting to see what happens. I've no idea what this fella's like so not going to say whether it's a good or bad move. I would say the fact that Chelsea paid £18m for him means he should be half decent, but then they paid £50m for Torres, Liverpool paid £35m for Andy Carroll (NO CHANCE is he worth that in a month of Sundays!)

Apparently according to one link on this, it cant happen. FIFA rules state you cant play for 3 teams in a season, he's already played for Chelsea and Anderlecht........
