Even for the squad they have, despartely in need of experience in europe for me, they have struggled most games so far, does that mean another 400 million spent next summer??

I don't know how they're still in this game with the amount of guilt edge chances Napoli have had.

The other side of manchester aren't doing too well. They're 2nd but only a point ahead of Basil and they play them next (as it stands)

tbh dan, man city's defense for me isnt good enough for europe and manu aint any where near as strong as they have been in the last few years, teams in europe are catching them up imo.

Manure will still go thru but I'd love to see them fall on their arses!
City should fancy their chances of winning the Europa league if the drop into it!

I don't think EPL was ever as strong as the hype around it suggested!
Outside the top 3, it was never anything extraordinary as compared to other top leagues!

this is where you have to give credit to chelsea, arsenal united and the RS for playing in the champions league for all those seasons and making it look easy.

tactics is crucial in europe, but mancini will learn from this season and play a more defensive formation in later seasons.  Unlike moyes, who never learnt from his mistakes

hahaha this is classic !! what mistakes ? a disallowed goal from a ref who received a lucrative advertising contract from the sponsors !! How does moyes rectify that ?
and how could he learn from them and put them right when he never had the opportunity too ?

Looks like City are out of Champions League. And maybe Basle will beat Utd?

I wonder if Messi will score a couple @AC Milan tonight.

im talking about europe in general not the Cl qualifiers.

sporting lisbon, benfica, fiorentina away, and a lot of away games we got absolutely battered.  it was literally like we took the under 16's.

think it was just a bad day at the office fiorentina away tbh mate, cos we absolutely battered them at goodison :). every team can have bad performances in europe away from home.

moyes is clueless in europe, doesent know when to attack or defend, and tactics have been poor, against most half decent teams we struggle, especially away from home.
