I'm surprised you don't like dogs you come across so loving and caring.

No I'm not one of them who walk round with a staff because they use them as a status symbol (and incase they get filled in but they wont admit to that)

Plus I'm allergic to the litle darlings anyway thank Jebus

Just moved house, one of my dogs did a runner, after I asked my mate to look after it for the night. Anyway, its all farmland and estate land. I got loads of info (and grief) from local farmers, drove my Shogun right over a freshly sown field (went down well) and the little **** just ran away when he saw me. Anyway, he came back on his own in the end but he looks like he has plans for further escapades. He's a Jack Russell 18 months old.

Yes mate, been in a week now. First day in my four dogs ran straight out my garden and into a freshly landscaped one where they thought it best if they leave turds on the lawn.

This is all true. The work that was being done is still in progress, although progress may not be the right word.

jack russels can be willful little barstewards at times they need to be shown who is the pack leader ( you ) dont think a shock coller would help , they are intelligent dogs so would quite quickly learn where his new home is have you trained him to come to you etc. if he ran away from your mates he was probably in a strange house and was looking for you give him a few days and he will get used to his new surroundings untill he does your just going to have to keep an eye on him or keep him indoors
