Posts: 24,216November 2011 He's on a free next summer, and i know a lot of you wont agree, but i really do think he could add something to our team, he has a 1 in 4 ratio at wigan, which for me, in a team that struggles at the wrong end of the table most seasons isnt a bad ratio, he is talented, decent in the air and has a bit of pace, we could do a lot worse imo than look to bring him in and let saha go next summer, unless he resigns on a pay as you play deal.

he can find a much better club with much better wages elsewhere

Posts: 1,091November 2011 We would be about as good as he could get, possibly a reserve somewhere higher, bearing in mind you are talking about United, City, Chelsea, Liverpool, Spurs and Arsenal as the teams that are higher and they all have far superior options already.

like i said before. i think there would be better offers elsewhere from others clubs. you do realise that the reson players let their contracts go down is so they can demand a better signing on fee and wages right. we dont have the money for that

yes mate i do know that, i was tired and didnt respond to 11blue, theres no reason imo why he wouldnt sign, i cant see any of the top 6 wanting him and that applies to the top 4 or 5 clubs in the big leagues around europe, but i might be wrong, time will tell i suppose!
