Striker suggestions?

    Obviously we are in dire need of a quality goalscorer...who's got any realistic (affordable) suggestions??

    realistic all depends on how much money we can afford really......

    I mean Thierry Henry is technically going free i believe.....

    We'll score goals if Saha plays with anther big Striker 4-4-2 or if we play with Vellios up front for a 4-5-1........

    I think if we could get Donovan again, i would try him up front rather than on the wing.

    vellios will be ok holding the ball up or getting on the end of a cross, but when he has the ball at his feet, well, he just doesnt know what to do with it. bit to learn imo

    Andy johnson with Saha might have been a good combo a few years back

    vellios will be ok holding the ball up or getting on the end of a cross, but when he has the ball at his feet, well, he just doesnt know what to do with it. bit to learn imo


    quite agree but youve said more things he does, than Saha does as a lone striker....

    saha was just a lazy t w a t today howie, i can forgive him a bad day at the office, but he looked injured late on so thats him out til new year, he's ready for his xmas break!
