    Tony Cottee

Acored after about 40 seconds on his debut v Newcastle, went on to get a hat-trick.

Left the ground thinking "follow that RS!" (they had sold Rush that summer). Deflated when heard Aldo had also bagged a hattrick away (think v Watford)

But that has to be the most exciting debut for me.

That was a great game, I had my kids with me in the family enclosure and I'd never seen them so happy.......

would have to be Daniel Amokachi for me, not cos he had an amazing debut, but cos he was black, and had an exotic name, really got my taste buds tintillating :p

Victor Anichebe scored on his debut against West Brom and we were 2-0 down with six minutes to go on the last day of the season. We ended up drawing 2-2 and it was Big Dunc's last ever game.
