    In light of recent news, I was just wondered whether you have been asked to forward complaints to Robert Elstone? He appears more concerned about that than doing something to actually fix the place. If he really needs to be told then he cant be very good.

    Anyway, I'd like you to forward my complaint to him. I am sick of being partonised by his blog.

    Thank you.  I think it is only appropriate that complaints go through the proper channels to the proper people.  Wouldnt want Robert wondering past someones desk and seeing it, then making a song and dance about it now, would we.

    Face to Face is far better than mail, ive sent my tax returns every year without fail and they still say they havent received them !!!....
