WHy Would Anyone Negotiate to Invest in us...

    The club are cockin up as well - havin to sell away and third kit tops for £20 already! If they had the right distribution/outlets they'd be sorted...

    Elstone's background is working for one of the Big 4 accountancy firm. That means his background is in theory of business and checking numbers; not actually having the entrepreneurial nouse to take a big football club forward.

    BK is a fan; who happens to have made enough money to scrabble enough together to get rid of Johnson for which I thank him, but not enough to take the club forward.

    The rest of 'em, well its been nice relying on Moyes working miracles and the academy managing to produce enough talent to keep us afloat but that isnt their doing.

    Singing from the same sheet mate,you asked last week to tell you more.,well I dont profess to know any more than anyone else,but the people I know told me there is a deal in place between 3 parties for Massive investment in and around Stanley Park...This is dependent of Evertons asking price..and hasnt it gone quiet ?.

    Pretty much what I've heard barring the price. Sounds true enough though. Interest is there, bit of silence then figures get out to the public.

    They owners need to be driven down on price; and asking players/journos/friendly forums to help out by backing the board is only going to help the shareholders to keep their price up.

    The release re interest in Blackburn was an attempt to get the price dropped. It has to happen. They cant go on like this.

    You can't find shirts over here anywhere, believe me I've tried. I had to order mine from everton Direct and it got lost in the mail...twice!

    You can't find shirts over here anywhere, believe me I've tried. I had to order mine from everton Direct and it got lost in the mail...twice!

    Weird infatuation with cracking the far east when its already been admitted that their market is so fragmented (tv wise) and kits can be replicated for a fraction of the cost within minutes of release....

    We dont appear to have looked toward America - other than to tour a couple of times. If we had paid £6-8m for Landon we could easily have followed up with marketing in the States and thats a big growth market for soccer!

    As for us poor fans at home... When people walk into sports shops they expect to buy kits. Not have to seek out one shop in Liverpool 1 or hike out to the ground...
