Message to Evertonians

    http://www.evertonfc.com/evertoninteractive/message-to-evertonians

Some of you may have seen the various media reports/internet chatter circulating regarding an alleged email leak of private correspondence.

Not for the first time in the recent past, certain individuals claiming to be Evertonians have made attempts to undermine the people of Everton Football Club by actions almost every one of us would find wholly unacceptable.

Our experienced senior executive team is dealing with the matter assisted by the Club's legal representatives and we will update accordingly and take appropriate action.

It is disappointing to read what has been written on certain internet forums but I remained buoyed by the fact that this Club has the best supporters in football; supporters who I know recognise what's right and what's wrong.

The challenges faced by us and most of our rivals are there for all to see and we don't shy away from them. What's true is we are stronger, and we will make the biggest difference, when we are together.

At the end of a great week for the Club, when we have been saluted both on and off the pitch, Wolves come to visit and we get back to what really matters for Evertonians.

I hope to see you at Goodison tomorrow.

    Robert

If it's true and it appears it probably is then heads will role.

It also shows how the club operates and its not a good insight.

Really Robert, do you think so? Get your head out of your backside. We have all heard about it.

Not for the first time in the recent past, certain individuals claiming to be Evertonians have made attempts to undermine the people of Everton Football Club by actions almost every one of us would find wholly unacceptable.

"Claiming to be Evertonians"? Do you have evidence that they are not? Who is "almost every one of us"? You the people who dont appear to be doing a good job of running OUR club?

Our experienced senior executive team is dealing with the matter assisted by the Club's legal representatives and we will update accordingly and take appropriate action.

Well I'd be fecking worried if you werent "experienced" and why the word "senior"? Do you actually think about these releases. Oh no, someone else writes them for you and you decide whether you think its patronising or not. Message Robert, you're patronising us right now!

It is disappointing to read what has been written on certain internet forums but I remained buoyed by the fact that this Club has the best supporters in football; supporters who I know recognise what's right and what's wrong.

Criticism is very rarely anything other than disappointing. Youre not doing a good job, We're commenting on it. Dont patronise us with the "great supporters" diatribe.

The challenges faced by us and most of our rivals are there for all to see and we don't shy away from them. What's true is we are stronger, and we will make the biggest difference, when we are together.

Who is us? Not us the fans. You're not one of us. You using the "we" to try and get us on side. Right now, its YOU and US.

At the end of a great week for the Club, when we have been saluted both on and off the pitch, Wolves come to visit and we get back to what really matters for Evertonians.

Oh here we go. The kiss me technique. I've just patronised the living daylights out of you all but great week. No a great week would be positive news about investments/grounds!

Is that the cup game Howie? If so, we need to get to the second round and for it to be at home. Other than that I'm happy to meet up whether there's a game on or not.

I think the important thing at the moment is to support the team, not the board. Hopefully the team will not have been affected by this as it's nothing to do with them, only the office boys.

Action must be taken against those who have acted improperly, and it is really now time to look at bringing in an interim board of individuals who can sell the club because this board are obviously on the brink of falling apart and this will only affect any chances of investment. If the board and other members of EFC cannot talk amongst themselves, what chance have they got of communicating with potential investors?

But having said that, tomorrow, after the protest, should be all about the football and supporting the team towards getting a result, which is the most important thing anyway.

    For the very last time:

"Interim Board" - A fiction used by the RS to avoid admitting that they were in administration. A sham. Not a real way to sell a business.
