    about to turn 29

eat not a lot more than chicken, rice and pasta.

train at home with weights, do laps around the footy stadium next door every Sat and Sun morning. Also on my feet for 8-10 hours a day, 5 days a week at work.

I drop the kids off at the pool at 7am every morning without fail....my bowel movements are as fantastic as a well trained german shepherd.

My left arm is slightly bigger than my right due to it being the beer grabbing arm........

My thumbs are also gaining real muscle due to the xbox game I "obtained" a couple of weeks ago....
