I'm 48, and walk about 25 mile a week. Used to Cycle a Lot, but not much thesedays! Occassionally play Table Tennis or Tennis on Wii & some others like Boxing, Archery, Golf, etc
    Think i should start doing some 'Running on the Spot' and 'Sit-ups'. I'm 13 S 10lbs, Target would be 12 S 7lbs?

33 and broken for the past six months but now got the all clear, so I'll be back to weights 4 days a week and running 3 days a week; and lots of protein, not much carbs and the gear

LLM (Laughs Like Muttley), yes HOWIE8, Think I've been having a 'Mid Life Crisis' since i was 35!!!! Yes, i should do what you Suggested later. I was made 'Redundant' in 2004, on Incapacity from 2005, then diagnosed as having Aspergers Syndrome in 2007. I either need to win the Lotto or find a Girlfriend LLM
