    Are you saying that Everton board have, in a desperate bid to thwart a second protest from the might BU, succeeded in getting the indian owners of Blackburn to partake in a charade in front of BBC reporters all in the hope of convincing the british public at large that there is an investor interested in Everton?






    Its a big busniess deal.... the government just announced that they've sold off the good bit of Northern Rock today....you had no idea that was going to be agreed today and you actually own some of that. ffs.

    Right, was just making sure I understood what you'd said. I personally hope that this is the case, and if it is, I would hope that in the next few days/couple of weeks, we will hear this.

    A lack of investment? Stagnation of the board to get things moving? Kenwright's refusal to lower his already over-estimated price of £150m? Which you've even said was too much Milky.....

    Note the word "alleged" a great british word meaning "guilty, but we've not found the silver bullet"

    Experts have valued to club between £80m - £120m and while I'm not ITK, I expect the club to be sold around that sort of figure.

    But the question I'd pose is this. If a suitor is unable to pay £120m + for the club what else aren't they willing to pay for? Stadia development? Player acquisition? Debt reduction?

    I'm sure that if this was a problem of being "unable" to pay then discussions would quickly have finished.  I would suggest that the issue of one of being "unwilling".... Its just negotiation mate.

    There will also be feasibility considerations re the ground move... It appears well know that the investment/purchase is linked to a property development scheme.

    But the fans deserve to know what's going on, as I've already said, this is potentially big news, and something that would lift the fans further after tying Felli to his five-year deal. Surely we deserve to be constantly in the know about a potential take-over. I'm not saying disclose anything that could cause legal implications, but just a bit more than we are getting now.

    You said that the club had "announced more 'interest' in us from investors." which you claim was "like they did just before the first protest".

    Bearing in mind the the interest in us and blackburn is being reported in the press and that blackburns owners have released a statement. It is either a case that you think that Everton have made blackburns owners make false statements on their behalf. Or you are talking rubbish about Everton releasing false information about potential investors and are just believeing any old guff the BU feed you despite it very clearly not being true.

    Basically just something along the lines of 'we're further along than we were last week' for example. Or 'we've hit a snag, but in the process of trying to resolve it'. Not too much to ask I'd have thought.

    But surely although they've signed a confidentiality agreement, there are some things they're allowed to say, such as those examples I gave in a post just above.
