We will get investment in players once Rodwell has gone in January, inevitable after his "show casing" in the England games. -

I was all for him going to Man Utd last season for £20m (the price they were supposedly willing to pay at one point) but now I really don't want him to........ £30m should just about do it.

So now that he has quadrupled his wages await the " there was never any doubt in my mind that I wanted to sign for Everton, I love wearing the blue shirt, greatest fans in the world etc. etc." announcement on the OS, reckon by three pm latest. -

Its a great deal......and the end of the day if the lads want to stay then they'll stay. If they want to go then they'll go.
Its losing players like rodwell or fellaini for peanuts is the thing we just can't do.
No pun intended, to be fair, we did pay peanuts for peanuts.
