    Clint Dempsey scored in the first half for the United States in a friendly against Slovenia today, giving him 24 goals for the U.S. -- tying him for fourth all-time with Joe Max Moore.
    If the U.S. win this game, Tim Howard will move ahead of Tony Meola for second all-time in goalkeeper wins.
    The game is being played in a thick fog in Slovenia. Hard to see on TV what's happening.

    Also any mention Donovan coming back in the states

    Brek Shea might be good -- but only time will tell. He and defender George John play for Dallas in MLS, and both are considered top prospects to go to Europe.
    Donovan was not selected for this USA team because the LA Galaxy are playing in the MLS Cup final on Sunday vs. Houston (2 a.m. Monday U.K. time). Robbie Keane has played well lately for the Galaxy after a slow start when he first went over there.
