why are no top English players...

    sold over seas to big European clubs, are the English player as good as we think they are.. or is it just over pricing?
    i mean just look at the English players that have gone... why is that big clubs have never (that i have heard of) bid for players like Terry, Rooney Gerrard and Lampard etc..etc?

    In a few words no they arnt. Had a similar discussion a couple of weeks back about this and the truth is for me, we just aint technically that good imo.

    i dont know, Steve G could (or could have)  play in any league, his range of passing, ability to take on player, defend, attack, and score... I'd even think he'd do well in goal LOL

    Think its the Money to be fair. Leon Osman could've played for Someone Abroad, and so could many more English players.

    Players go where the money is. It used to be Spain and Italy but now its the Prem. The top players in the world go to Spain where there are only really two teams. The Milans can no longer compete so its Spain then the Prem.
